A maximum of (3) participants are allowed per table with a limit of one (1) subsidiary artist per table. There are three types of participants that are permitted at Artist Alley that must have an Artist Alley badge.Special placement requests are accepted but not guaranteed.Artists who have paid for their tables (excluding artists on the wait list) will receive an e-mail notification prior to the release of the application form.Table assignments are prioritized by veteran artist status (+10 years as a primary artist), followed by a first come, first served basis of Artist Alley Form submission.Still interested in participating at Artist Alley? Artist Alley badges must be worn at all times inside the convention center (with the exception of the South Hall registration area).To transfer a regular 4-Day Attendee badge for an Artist Alley badge, please contact: (Additional fees may be incurred due to the price difference.).Repeated infractions may be a cause for dismissal. Table owners may receive an infraction for noncompliance with Anime Expo Artist Alley requirements.

Artists who are not selected for a table are automatically added to the waitlist. We will inform all applicants by January 25th, 2023 via e-mail as to whether they’ve been selected for a table or are waitlisted. Please note that a limited amount of available Artist Alley spaces will be curated and NOT first come, first serve the order that we receive applications does not have an impact on whether you receive a table. Located in Kentia Hall, artists offer a variety of handmade creations for sale, including original artwork, prints, crafts, clothing, comics, and more.
